Curlew Heights
Curlew Heights is a home designed for life. Nestled in the hills of Ardmore, Waterford rests a dynamic family space inspired by the beach and discovered driftwood on a summer evening walk. After living here for 18 years, with dreamy views of Whiting Bay, the client’s family had grown and in turn, functionality had changed. A complete home renovation was required to include a newly designed open-plan kitchen and dining room, utility, hallway, and master suite. The location was amplified to include an exciting outdoor living area and kitchen, framed by thoughtful landscaping. Having worked together previously, the client entrusted the interior design works and project management of the project to Serpentine Interiors. We aimed to create a timeless, hardworking home that reflected the client’s individual style and personality with creative flair.

Favourable design features include the oak kitchen island designed to reflect uninterrupted sand at dawn, a Master Bedroom oozing luxury with an oversized jewel-toned headboard and a boutique-style bathroom where playful watercolour motifs echo the veining and variations in marble tile. Not forgetting the Guinness tap in the outdoor kitchen , ready for all those summer BBQs.
